This is the general policy of the Eden Hotel. May vary depending on the room type, please also check the room description.

Cancelation

If canceled 7 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled up to 1 day before the date of arrival will be charged 50% of all nights.
If canceled or modified later or for “no-show” will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Children and extra beds

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 20% of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity for extra beds / cots in a room is 1-2.
Each extra bed should be requested and be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately at the hotel.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro
4 nights and more redemption in installments with your credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
